Mr. Salem Co-founded Axiom in 2000 as a software development company in Georgia, Atlanta, United States of America.

Mr. Alan P. Oman, has extensive (26 years) within the Life and Property & Casualty industry since the early 80’s and has served on several business / technical planning boards; and has worked throughout Europe, Middle East and North America. Alan has degrees in Accounting and Finance from Indian University and Ball State University.

In 2008, Axiom Incorporated has decided to expand its business into the Middle East, Europe and Africa markets. This strategic decision lead into the foundation of SoftMeans as a subsidiary company for Axiom Incorporated.

Charles T. Bou Saba and Tony K. Challita are the co-founders of SoftMeans. Collectively, Mr. Bou Saba and Mr. Challita accelerated SoftMeans growth through their wealth of knowledge, experience and know-how in the industries of software development services.

SoftMeans  employs a team of highly qualified professionals working to meet the specific needs of the local and regional markets in terms of office automation and enterprise resource planning.

Dr. Charles Bou Saba, a computer and electrical engineer graduate from Saint Joseph university Lebanon, an MBA from Maastricht School of Management, and a DBA (Doctor of Business Administration), had extensive experience for 19 years with large projects in software development, at BML Istisharat developing and managing insurance software, as a product manager for the insurance division. He Co-founded SoftMeans in 2008 as a software development company with Mr. Tony Challita.
