He Co-founded SoftMeans in 2008 as a software development company with Mr. Tony Challita.

Charles' overall responsibility includes co-managing SoftMeans' operations, strategic directions, and is SoftMeans' lead life insurance software architect for Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Before co-founding SoftMeans, Charles spent more than 20 years in the life and property & casualty insurance software industries. He spent more than 10 years as the product manager for the insurance market at a leading Lebanese software firm and was managing the development and implementation of insurance software throughout the Middle East, Africa, Europe and North America.

Tony's overall responsibility includes co-managing SoftMeans' (our Beirut office) operations, strategic directions. and is SoftMeans' lead property and casualty software architect for Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Before co-founding SoftMeans, Tony spent more than 20 years in the property and casualty insurance software industry. He was the chief architect for the insurance market and the director of software development for one of the largest software providers in the Middle East with products installed throughout Asia, Europe and Africa.
