The necessary resources were allocated from SoftMeans to Arope Issurance site, and SoftMeans specialist were allocated to Arope site, and along with their IT department, they have worked and achieved the mission targets.
USA	Preferred Mutual Insurance	Invoicing & Billing	Project name - PMIC - Preferred Mutual Insurance - New York - USA Apr 2014 Project description SOFTMEANS, subsidiary of AXIOM Incorporated, has penetrated into to the US market by getting its first client PMIC (Preferred Mutual Insurance Company) based in the state of New York. The contract signature took place in New York on April 10th, 2014 between PMIC and our partner AXIOM Incorporated. To replace their legacy system, PMIC awarded SoftMeans the billing system (GLIMS – DotBill) to be developed in DotNet using SQL server database as backend. PMIC is already a DotClaim user developed by Axiom Inc. our partner in the US. PMIC has been in the US market since 1896 providing Personal and Commercial insurance policies.
Lebanon	Bankers - Nasco Group	Digital Transformation and Data Management Consulting	Project name - Bankers Assurance - Member of Nasco Group - France January 2020 Project description Bankers Assurance needed the services of IT experts in digital transformation and data management and has made an agreement with SoftMeans. The necessary resources were allocated from SoftMeans to Bankers Assurance, where SoftMeans specialist have helped in achieving the respective targets set for their intervention, where Bankers Assurance has reached the satisfaction and the goals of this mission.
Lebanon	Commercial Insurance	Legacy System Evaluation Consulting	Project name - Commercial Insurance - Lebanon Nov 2008 Project description Commercial Insurance has an inhouse legacy insurance system. They had a goal to replace and /or alter their system to newest technology platform. SoftMeans consultant's experts have been assigned to evaluate the system, they identified its strength and Weaknesses, and produced a detailed report, with the necessary recommendations.
Lebanon	Gulf Insurance Group (GIG)	Non Life, Life & Medical	Testimonial > Project name - Fajr Al Gulf Insurance - Member of Gulf Insurance Group GIG - Lebanon Jul 2011 Project description Fajr Al Gulf Insurance selected, in June 2011, our GLIMS Insurance software (SOFTMEANS) to replace their legacy system to manage their Life and non life operations at their Head office, 15 Branches and their agents in Lebanon. The aim of Fajr Al Gulf insurance was to have one centralized and web based system that can be accessed by their branches, offices, agents and clients at any time. The project includes GLIMS Implementation, user training on GLIMS and migration of their data from their existing legacy system to GLIMS. We took five months to achieve the above and Fajr Al Gulf have started using GLIMS in live mode at the head office, branches and their agents since December 2011.
Lebanon	UCA Insurance	Data Management Consulting	Project name - UCA Insurance - Lebanon Nov 2009 Project description UCA Insurance needed IT Experts to review and evaluate their insurance system functionalities versus its results and performance, as well as new strategic planning to align new technology with their business objectives. SoftMeans has allocated two of its consultants to assist UCA to adopt a new IT strategy and together they built a new architecture for UCA IT framework, which managed to make their existing system more resilient versus new technological changes.
Nigeria	GoldLink Insurance	Non Life, Life & Medical	Project name - GoldLink Insurance - Nigeria Jul 2008 Project description Goldlink Insurance, one of the leading insurance companies in Nigeria, awarded SOFTMEANS a contract to replace their Legacy software by GLIMS (General & Life Insurance Management System) our Life and Property & Casualty Insurance system at their head office in Lagos and to published for their 14 branches all over Nigeria. SOFTMEANS design, develop and implement GLIMS within 16 months in four phases. Goldlink has been using GLIMS in live mode since September 2009.
Kuwait	United Insurance Company	Non Life, Life & Medical for Conventional & Takaful Insurance	Project name - United Insurance Company - Takaful and Conventional - Kuwait Dec 2013 Project description United Insurance Company in Kuwait named, in December 2013, SOFTMEANS to implement its insurance package GLIMS to manage their General, Life and Medical insurance operations at their head office in Kuwait, their offices and branches using one centralized database and one single software. SOFTMEANS team has started the implementation two weeks after the contract signature and on April, 1st 2014 UIC has started using in live mode GLIMS for their Motor insurance operations (Underwriting, Claim, Reinsurance, Accounting, reporting). In parallel UIC and SOFTMEANS are working on the implementation of the rest of class of businesses and the projected date for going live is in August 2014. United Insurance Company K.S.C.C. established as a Kuwaiti national company in 2010 with a capital of 7.5 million Kuwaiti Dinars. United Insurance Company offers a wide selection of insurance products as Motor, Fire & General Accident, Engineering & Liabilities, Marine & Aviation, and Life & Medical Insurance. United Insurance Company has 13 branches in the State of Kuwait to serve its wide client base.
Kuwait	Zamzam Takaful Insurance Company	Takaful Insurance	Project name - Zamzam Takaful Insurance Company - Kuwait June 2021 Project description Zamzam Takaful Insurance Company K.S.C.C is a Kuwaiti closed joint-stock insurance operator that was established in 2017 for the purpose of Providing the Islamic-compliant insurance products in the Kuwaiti market. SOFTMEANS team has started the implementation after the contract signature on June 2021, and on August 12th, 2021 Zamzam Takaful Insurance Company has started using GLIMS in live mode for all its lines of businesses. Zamzam Takaful Insurance Company offers a wide selection of insurance products as Motor, Homeowners, Marine & Aviation, and Travel Insurance.
Ivory Cost	Atlantique Assurance Vie	Life	Project name - ATLANTIQUE ASSURANCE VIE - Ivory coast Nov 2013 Project description ATLANTIQUE ASSURANCE VIE grant SOFTMEANS the replacement, of their existing insurance software, project in November 2013 and selected GLIMS (General and Life Insurance Management System) to manage their Life insurance policies operations from the proposal stage until the policy maturity. ATLANTIQUE ASSURANCE VIE chooses GLIMS for its flexibility in defining new life insurance products using GLIMS product set up module and without the need of development. United Insurance Company K.S.C.C. established as a Kuwaiti national company in 2010 with a capital of 7.5 million Kuwaiti Dinars. The implementation of GLIMS at ATLANTIQUE ASSURANCE VIE has been started in March 2014 by our distributors in Ivory Coast ASSUR-TECHNOLOGIES team, under SOFTMEANS supervision and support, after being trained in Beirut.

Ghana	Best Assurance	Non Life	Project name - Best Assurance - Ghana Mar 2016 – Mar 2017 Project description Best Assurance is a General Insurance Company providing all of types of insurance in Ghana. It acquired GLIMS from SOFTMEANS in 2016 to manage their operations. GLIMS was implemented in Best Assurance at their head office in Accra by our partner Champ Solution and they have started using GLIMS in production in late 2017.

GLIMS was acquired on October 2019 by Vanguard, for its General Business operations, through our Partner in Ghana Champ Solutions which is currently executing the implementation with SOFTMEANS team support from Lebanon and they are expected to go live in January 2020.

GLIMS was acquired by Glico in 2022 through our Partner in Ghana Champ Solutions which has executed the Cloud Based implementation with SOFTMEANS team support from Lebanon and they went Live with our GLIMS software in February 2023.
