| Depending
on the level of the support needed, our team would provide either of the
following options: |

On-site support: A visit would be scheduled and an on site
intervention is performed |

Phone support: Tasks would be resolved using phone conversations,
either by the land line during working hours, or using mobile phone for
off hours. |

Web support (online and team viewer): On line chatting and customer
test areas would be remotely accessed from our offices for any data
inquiry, or installation required as per the customer request. |
