Customer Support


Our customers will have an experienced technical staff fully dedicated to help them in their daily tasks, insuring a smooth and deliverable work in regards to:


  • Executing complex tasks
  • Share solutions with the customer
  • Resolve any issue arising while using the software
  • Identify and report new requests

Support Methods


Depending on the level of the support needed, our team would provide either of the following options:


  • On-site support: A visit would be scheduled and an on site intervention is performed
  • Phone support: Tasks would be resolved using phone conversations, either by the land line during working hours, or using mobile phone for off hours.
  • Web support (online and team viewer): On line chatting and customer test areas would be remotely accessed from our offices for any data inquiry, or installation required as per the customer request.
